Reviews of our products can only be submitted by customers who have actually purchased the respective product via our shop.
Verification is carried out by technical comparison with the corresponding order number in the system. Only confirmed purchases will be given the opportunity to leave a review after completing the order.
This ensures that only genuine customer reviews are published.
🗨️ Unverified Reviews
In exceptional cases, reviews from people who did not purchase the product through our store may also be visible (e.g. in the case of product takeovers or system migrations).
These reviews are clearly marked as “not verified”.
