Aquatica – NIKON Z6 Underwater Case, Also for Z7
The Aquatica Nikon Z6/Z7 UW Body
Like all cases from the Aquatica housing manufactory, this new product made of seawater-resistant aluminium (6061 T6) is milled from the solid material, anodized and additionally powder vapor coated.
All feedthrough axes are made of high-quality T304 V4A steel.
Z-mount lenses and the FTZ adapter can be used in the housing.
The FTZ adapter can be detached from the camera without having to remove it from the housing. Both lens types can be changed with the built-in camera.
All camera functions are transferred.
2 features are special about the new Nikon Z6/7 UW body from Aquatica:
The central control button of the lower selection unit can be easily selected with the right thumb to lock exposure or focus.
The “+” and “-” buttons are located on the left side so that the photographer can quickly zoom in on the image to control the sharpness.
The camera is easily installed by screwing the camera onto a mounting carriage and retracting it into the housing. All function keys are spring-mounted, so that the camera puts itself in the right position.
Camera installation is easy, fast and safe.
The scope of delivery includes the AQUATICA Surveyor vacuum system (valve and vacuum pump) for additional safety and control of the tightness.
