ASF-1 MKII hydrophone on a microphone input with 48V phantom power.
During the development of the Sound Fish, the main focus was on the high sound quality with the best possible handling.
So it was important to us that we offer a linear, low-distortion frequency response from 10 Hz to 40 kHz.
Thus, the ASF-1 MKII enables recordings far into the infra- and ultrasound. The ASF-1 MKII has been developed by us specifically for use with professional sound equipment.
Therefore, it works directly and without adapter on a microphone input with 48V phantom power without additional external power supply.
Waterproof up to 100 meters.
The underwater microphone is made of high-quality aluminium bronze from the full and thus withstands pressures up to a water depth of 100 m.
At the same time, all materials used, from nBR sensor encapsulation to special polyurethane cables, are characterized by exceptionally good salt water resistance.
A 10 m long underwater cable with a shed AHS underwater plug is already included in the scope of delivery.
Thus, the ASF-1 MKII hydrophone can be used directly and without any other accessories. Additional cable lengths are possible at any time on request.
